Set Up: 30x25 grids
Description: 3v1 into 3v2 situation in the attack. Defenders cannot leave their own grids to defend attackers try to beat 1st defender and the create a 3v2 situation in the final grid to score on the big goal. If defenders win the ball they look to counter quickly to the 2 small counter goals.

Set Up: 30L x 40 W 1 big goal and 2 small counter goals
Description: 5v4 game Blue starts as the defening team and purple the attacking team. Ball starts with B or C With A being a trailing defender that can track back once B or C put the ball into play. Once the ball is in play the attackers and defenders are live to go where they want, this creates a counter attack situation, numbers up 5v4. If blue wins the ball encourage them to counter attck the small goals.

4v4 or 5v5 game
Only rule all players must be in attacking half to score a goal, work on transition into the attack.

Setup:

3v3 with one team wearing bibs
Instruction:
The team in possession attempts to score a goal in either of the opposition's 2 goals. If the attempt on goal is successful or not, the player who attempted must run around opposition's goals before entering the field and actively engaging in play. The defending team plays quickly (Feeder player), to use the extra player advantage for a counter attack. Change Feeder every minute to have all player actively involved.

4. Moves to change direction and move to beat players.
