Rondos - with sprints
Organisation
4v2 in each box situated in the corner of each area. Four players try to maintain possession against two defenders. Defenders keep pinnies in hand and swap with players that lose possession. On coaches' call, the four passing players sprint clockwise into the next box (8 sprints). The two defenders remain and and give the pinnies to the last two players to get in the box. Keepball continues.
Progression
1) Runners do 2 boxes (x4)
2) Runners do 3 boxes (x2)

- Maintain possession - angles to receive / weight of pass
- Don't be last in the sprints!

Transition - 6v3 (+3) - (3 x 5 mins)
Organisation
6v6 on each field. Coach passes into one group and 3 players from opposite team come to press. Upon winning possession back, 3 players transfer the ball to the opposite side and three players from first group come and defend. Game continues.
Competition
5 passes = 1 goal

- speed / angle of support
- accurate passes / angles to receive
- detail of passing in possession (weight/safe side etc)
- position of players awaiting the ball

Transition 6v3(+3) Progression - (3 x 5mins)
Organisation
Add in goals back to back at the half way line. After 5 passes, team in possession try to score a goal. if goal is scored then coach plays ball into opposite team and game continues.
Progression 2
6v6 game where teams can score in either back to back goal (2 x 5 min games)

6v6 game - goals only count if all outfield players are over the halfway line at the time of scoring.
