blue team (defending) vs white team (attacking)

one player from the white team lines up at yellow gate

one player from the blue team lines up at the red gates

ball is served by white team player next in line of blue cones play it deep like a through ball, 

white team needs to try and get the ball and dribble passed the red cones, each time is a point for the white team, 

Blue team is to defender the red gate and win the ball or eliminate the attack, if they can recover the ball and pass the ball into the they will be awarded 2 points.

after each team player finishes their turn they will then be sent to the back of the line of their team area.

main points to focus is body position of the defender, low and angled to steer the attacker to where they want and less dangerous area of the field.

they need to take away the space and pressure when they are able to reach the ball or separate the ball from the attacker
