6v6. 1-2-1-2. Full game where players can only check your mark. Pair players up and they can only check on player. Offside line. Play on appropriate size field.

Organization
1v1+2. Defender works to be in correct position to prevent attacker from receiving and turning and playing out the opposite direction. Work to control where the attacker plays, delay, and look for opportunities to win possession. If possession is won keep the ball with teammates. Switch after 45-seconds.
Objective
Understand how to position yourself based on your marks position to prevent them from playing forward
Key Points
(1) Position - see ball and player if opposition is low and screen out and check shoulder if opposition is high
(2) Close down - have an athletic stance and correct body shape to be ready react when closing down attacker
(3) Close down - move at the pace of the ball or faster to ensure opposition cannot play forward or to intercept the pass

Organization
Play out from the back into a high midfield player or center forward. Defenders try to prevent passes into the target player. Even teams in the playing area. Target must stay in the endzone. Team playing out from the back receives a point for playing into the target player. Team defending scores a point for scoring a goal. Play full rules in the half field.
