Team will develop their pressing as a team. There will be individual coaching points through the warm up and first segment correcting individual techniques to be more efficiently pressing technically and physically. Team will work together to press from zone 2 and zone 1. Team will know how to position themselves, the distances they should have in each moment and what are the potential dangers based on the rotation. Team will not only know how to press from zone 2 and zone 1 but they will also start developing collective ideas on how to transition towards goal.

Players will line up in 3 lines of 6 players in each line. They will line up across four different color mannequins. This is an exercise of pressure, cover balance. The coach for 20 seconds will call different colors and the players need to adjust accordingly to the shape.
After 20 seconds the players who worked will go to the back of the line and the players next in line will jog up to the cones and press the mannequins for 20 seconds.

Coaching points:
Red team - Focusing on the cues (when green team passes the ball to the outside backs or plays the ball backwards) pressing the ball and eliminating the nearby options on a man to man press. Players further away from the ball should be eliminating outlets while being aware of space. When winning the ball being aggressive and vertical towards goal.

Reactive pressing rotations in zone 2 and zone 1
Team will position itself in zone 2 in a 4-3-3 shape and will react to the coaches signal to different mannequins on the field and based on the mannequin that hypothetically would have the ball the team has to have a certain shape and players need to have certain body positioning and attention towards certain dangers.
Round 1
The team will start in zone 2 and react to the coaches instructions and after 20-30 seconds of shifting.. the coach will throw.a ball on the field and the team in possession will transition towards goal against no opposition. If the team scores they can walk back to starting positions, if they miss the must transition with urgency to starting position. Team will attempt 10 shifts and transition towards goal from zone 2.
Subs must be rotated accordingly based on feel by the coach.
Round 2
The team will start in zone one and shift accordingly to the different mannequins on the field. After 20-30 seconds the team will transition into the goal after a coach throws a ball into the field. If the team misses they must return to starting shape in zone 1 with urgency. They will perform this 6 times.
