Groups of 4 w/a Coach or Groups of 5 (2 Soccer Balls Per Group: Have Extras on Stand By)
A. GK is set between white cones, deals with pass back across body and plays to opposite server. Then deals with low service for a scoop/front smother from Central server/coach. After dealing w/service GK in line calls color of ring. GK sprints to ring and puts foot in and then server tosses for a back to bar save at white gate. (location of ring determines back to bar side toss). [6 Per GK]
B. Same as above except service is a service from the floor above the waist for contour or basket. The passing is a bounce pass and then play out the other way. [6 per GK]
