Create a Y diagram with 4 cones with the middle cone being ~ 10 yards away from the base cone and the Points being ~ 20 yards away from the middle cone. Have one player each on the point cones with a couple players at the middle and base cones. Start with all of the balls at the base cone and have the player pass a ball to the middle cone. Next have the player recieve the ball, turn and then pass to the player on the left point of the Y. That player then receives the ball and dribbles it back to the line formed at the base cone. Repeat the process while going to the right side on this occasion and continue to alternate.

Gate Possession & Transition - No Direction:
Two teams compete in a keep-away game but to score they must combine through one of the four gates - from either front or back. Either the ball or a player must travel through the gate. You cannot score on the same gate two times in a row. This can be played with neutral players to give the attacking team a slight advantage.

Technical Activity (15 mins)
In a grid split the players into two groups. One group is inside the grid and the other group is spread around the outside of the grid. The players around the outside have a ball at their feet, and the inside players do not. For 60 seconds, the inside group checks to a player on the outside, receives a pass, and passes it back to the same person. Then they’ll find a new person on the outside to repeat the sequence. This continues for one minute. Switch the groups.
