4v2 Rondo
- Feet moving, ready to play

5 lines with equal #'s in each line.
1) Dribbles at cone, performs 1v1 move and shoots
2) First player in line checks to 2nd cone and turns to receive pass from 2nd player in line. Player turns and shoots near the 18.
3) Player dribbles to endline and plays a left footed driven cross on ground. 2nd player 3 finishes.
4) Player dribbles to endline and swings in a cross in the air for any of the previous players to try and finish.
Coaching Points:
Line 1) See your target, laces through the ball
LIne 2) 2 touches, finish quickly
Line 3) low driven ball on the ground, prep touch to get hips around. Finisher - square body to target, guide the ball, don't take a big swing
Line 4) Prep touch, bend ball away from keeper. Finishers - stay dangerous, recycle runs

4v3 to Goal. 4 attacking lines, defenders start in arc of 18. Play starts with ball in keepers hand. Keeper throws or rolls ball to any attacker. Defends begin once attacker takes 1st touch.

Coerver Warm-up (15 mins)
Have players form small circles in groups of 4-5.
1) Every player with a ball. Perform various ball mastery skills in place. Fast Feet! - double taps, squeeze, outside inside, Brazilians, rolls with sole of foot, etc.
2) 1 ball per group. 1 player dribbles to middle and performs a turn, passes to new player on the outside, and checks back out quickly.
3) 1 ball per group. Players check to the middle to receive a ball and play back to someone new. Middle players checks out to any of the outside players who then check's in.

- 2 touch pass
- Receive on thing play on 1/2 volley
- Receive chest play on volley
- Receive head, play back with head.
