The middle player has the ball and makes a pass to the team mate of their
choice. The other player must react and defend 2v1 against the passer and their team mate. The defender becomes the middle player for the next game..
Defender can break for the halfway(or use two puggs) line if he wins the ball.
Coaching Points:
Look for good quick movement from initial passer to create over lap or one two in as little touches as possible.
First passer playing ball to the correct foot of partner.

Can he read the first pass and the movement of the first passer.
Delay and listen to goal keepers instructions.

Set Up:
Field should be 2x25 yards with 4 three yard gates as goals.
Instructions:
3v3 to two opposite goals
Here Blue is attacking the red goals and defending the blue goals If Blue recognizes in front of him it is 2v2 then if Blue turns it will be 2v1
When Red wins the ball they should attack quickly to stop Blue from getting organised.
- Dribble thriugh gates
-Pass through gates.
-If you score you get to keep the ball.
Focus:
Creating 2v1 situations.
Recognize which goal is being defended with greater numbers.

In this practice the coach is used as asetting player. On receiving a pass the central player can play a quick one-two with the coach or pass and complete an overlap. Therefore the player is always moving after their initial pass.
Coaching Points:
Look for pass in to the player's correct foot.
Look for correct body shape.
look for verbal and visual communication and checking away from pressure.
