Organisation
- The coach feeds the ball into a player across the top of the area to replicate a goalkeeper to centre back pass
- The centre back plays down the line to the wide midfielder inside the channel
- The wide midfielder can then either play into the attacker early or take a touch down the line and cut it back
- The attacker must check away from the defender to receive if the wide midfielder goes down the line and stay tight if it is played in early
- The defender is passive to begin with
- Players rotate through positions
- Rotate sides
Progression:
- Combinations between the players (5 - 9 for a 1-2 with 7) or (7 plays a 1-2 wih 9 to finish)
