Forward Position (Good Example)

In this example the Blue forward stays high and occupies 2 Red defenders helping create more space in the middle of the field. The Blue team intercepts the ball and immediately plays into the Blue forward who then plays it wide into the run of the oncoming left midfielder creating a 2v2 counter attack.
