1v1 with Trailing Defender
In the grid, a short possession game will be played. Coach calls out 2 names ( player who has the ball and another player). Player with the ball will dribble to goal and other player that was called will drop to create pressure on the attacker. Goalkeeper will make decision on whether to attack early or hold ground and stay low.

1v1 Competition
In groups of 3 ( 1 Server, shooter, and keeper), a ball will be served from the end-line to the shooter. The shooter will then take the keeper 1v1 to goal trying to either dribble or shoot to score.
-5 reps per keeper, then switch roles.

1v1 Decision Making ActivationShot 1: Goalkeeper will be served 3 tennis balls one after another to catch with 1 hand and throw back. Shot 2 Left side: Low shot either collected or parriedShot 2 Right side: Higher shot above waist for collection or parry
Shot 3 1v1: Ball will be played through the legs of the attacker at varying lengths. Goalkeeper will come out and decide whether to win, block or smother
