PASS CIRCUIT (15 mins)

SET UP:

Mark two rhombuses facing each other measuring 15 x 15 yds.

Place one player in each corner and leave two or three players in a corner.

ACTION:

  • Run a regular passing circuit between players: Pass and Go
  • Maintain this activity for 5 minutes clockwise and another 5 minutes counterclockwise.
