Stage 1
Dribble through cones shift ball onto shooting foot and finish
5 shots at each of the three stations X 2.
Have a practice go first in total the striker takes 10 shots at each station. Record how many the striker scores durign the practice go from each station use this to create the success rate as a percentage. Then have the striker repeat the aim is to improve one ther percentage at each station.
If the striker is struggling remove keeper and have the striker just hit the target then move onto finsing the corners, then add a keeper.
Progression 1
Striker has 35 seconds to get 5 shots off at each station. Time increases the pressure on the striker also increases the tempo which in turn means fatigue may set in.
