- Red team play a 5v2 in one grid (Blue team are defending with 2 chasing + 3 resting centrally)
- Yellow team are waiting in support in 3 of the empty grids(No more than 2 players in one grid)
- Once the red team complete 5 passes they can transfer the ball to a grid of their choice.
- 2 new defenders go into chase the ball and try to win from the blues.
- If the defending team Win the ball they naturally become the team in possession and the team that
lost possession become the defending team now.
