5v5 in box for 2 min. 5 neutrals around the outside. Rotate offense, defense, neutral each game.
Work on quicker shots with accuracy. Improve set up touches and time to get off shot. Defenders work on how to mark players quickly in box.

Setup: as shown. Set up a box on the other side as well. 5 players in at a time. Rest waiting.
Game: A passes to B, while C stays outside of wide box. B may either go 1v1 or use C for a wall pass to beat A and get into half space in the box. D and E make runs to beat F. A, B, D, and E attempt to score on a seam ball. While A and F and keeper attempt to stop. Defense can counter to pugs at any time. If offense wins back, they may continue attack until out of play.
Coaching pts: Drive the near post and low driven seam balls across. D and E must make different runs and continually pop into open space. Be creative on ball movement and runs.

Setup: Goals at each end and half. 4 players per team. Coaches with balls on corner and half (ideally 4 coaches). One cone 10 yds ahead of half field.
Game: Crosser starts at cone and other 3 start at half field. They all sprint at same time (runners time runs.) Crosser receives ball from coach takes 1 touch in towards box and 2nd touch crosses. Crosser immediately sprints back around the cone and down to receive another cross. Runners try to make shot (1 time preferrably), then they all sprint down to receive another cross. Up and back three times per group, then jog back to half field starting points.
Continue playing until all 4 players have taken a crossing turn.
Coaching: Time each run and shots made. See if they can improve. Good speed and good touches.

Orange dribbles to blue, steps on ball, and runs around blue cone. Blue immediately takes off with ball, tries to stay in front of orange and score. Blue works on shot block and recovery runs. Keeper works on breakaways.
