The aim is to make 10 passes within your group while under pressure from an opponent
Once the 10 passes have been made a player from group B will come and show for the ball and group A will make the transition with the pass.
To prgress this i could higher the passes needed or intorduce another player to defend

Small Sided Game
Players will be split in to two teams
They will be set a target of making 10 complete passes before having o pass the ball into the end zone the are attacking. Blues attacking the left, Reds attacking the right. Once a pass is made in to the end zone it counts as one point. The player i the end zone will then come out and be a part of them playing team and the layer who made the pass will go into tend zone becoming the target man.

Reflection
Action Plan:
I really enjoyed coaching this session with the lads today. Everyone was in high spirits and enjoyed the session. I feel i coached well and had good interventions when it was needed. All parts of the session where set up in time for the players arrival so the session could just progress without any interuptions. Maybe a point to improve for next time is to use a whiteboard to explain the session for the visual learners who may learn better that way. I used the question and answer style of coaching which proved to be a success as player where figuring the session out without much help. Very happy with todays session and hopefully in can contiinue in this fashion.
