How to play 4v4 +4

- complete at least 5 passes in opposition half before attempting to score
Defending team
- prevent opposition from scoring
- win possession
- quickly transfer to opposite side and become attackers
Neutral team
- 3 players on the sides where the ball is, the other stays on the far side of the field
- play for the team in possession (you can transfer the ball to opposite side if defending team win possession and pass to you)
- side players move across as ball is transferred
Swap roles every 4-5 minutes.
Notes:
When you win possession:
- can you quickly pass or dribble the ball across to your side
- can you quickly support your team mate by getting into a position to receive the ball
- If you can't pass or dribble forward, protect the ball and wait for support
When you lose possession:
- Can you quickly pressure so opposition don't have time or space to play forward
- Can players quickly move around the ball to cut off any dangerous players or spaces
