- 2 servers in the corners with supply of balls
- 3 defenders in the box + GK
- 3 attackers outside the box
- Alternate sides from which the ball is delivered, GK comes to punch the ball out in the direction of 1 of the 3 attackers positioned outside the box
- Defenders look to drop on to the line as they would with GK advancing out before quickly clearing their lines and looking to block incoming shots
- After set time/ball limit rotate players

How to Play
- 2 servers in the corners with a supply of balls
- 3 attackers, 3 defenders start on the edge of the box
- 1 server crosses the ball into the keeper who collects and looks to turn and quickly distribute to the opposite server
- As the server is running in to cross, the 3 attackers look to race the 3 defenders over the 6-yard box line. Focus is on attackers using deceptive movement to get past defenders, defenders focus is on seeing crosser, runner and staying goal side
