After end player passes into channel player, the end player runs into middle, past half way to take "defender" away, checks back on angle, fixes shape to half turn, checks shoulder, eye contact, call, gesture, receive pass from end player on your back foot and pass out to opposite end player with your next touch. End player moves to next channel and repeats. Third end player dribbles all the way back to the start. End players should check up the line and then check back to receive the ball.

Three teams, two in each end, one in the middle. Red plays free pass across to Blue to start the game. When Blue receives the ball Yellow can send in one defender. Blue tries to make 5 passes and play the ball through the middle Yellow team to be received by Red for a point. If the game is flowing well Yellow again sends a single defender in after the ball but on the Red side while they try and make 5 passes and pass back to Blue. If 5 passes is too hard or easy adjust accordingly. If a team is unsuccesful they switch places with the middle team. It's important for the middle team to defend as a unit to try and block through ball while their lone defender is pressuring the team with the ball.
