Practice Organisation:
-Use Poles or Mannequins set up as illustrated.
-A player on each mannequin.
-First player moves the ball to either side of the mannequin.
-Player receiving the ball moves accordingly, always on an angle.
-He receives ball on back foot and plays on the angle again to player who has checked off to receive the ball.
Progressions:
-Player 3 sets the ball playing a one two round the mannequin.

-Timing of movement.
-Body shape to receive.
-Receive on back foot.
-Accuracy/weight /quality of pass.

Practice Organisation
*Set up channels roughly 10x3yds.
*Players set up as illustrated.
*Players work in 2 groups, dribbling the ball towards the end line, making as many touches as possible on the ball.
Learning Objectives
1. To improve mastery of feints.
2. Timing of feints
3. Body shape/desguise.
4. Over ball for balance, low/quick step to side.
5. Part of foot used - inside/outside/sole.
6. Perform turns, such as Inside & outside, drag back, Cruyff, Maradona`s, etc...

Practice Organisation
*3 mannequins
*Each mannequin has a number attached to it.
*Practice starts with: coach calls out a numbers in a continous sequence and the players must press the appropriate mannequin.
Progession
*Change the mannequins for players, defenders are still passive.
*The defenders can tackle the attackers, add in a goal.
*Change to a 2v3
Learning Objectives
1. Nearest player must press the ball, curve run to show towards covering defender.
2. Slow down and get your body shape showing towards covering defender.
3. Covering defender needs to position himself to stop a forwards pass.

Set Up
The red defender 1 passes the ball into blue attacker 1. Both red defenders press the blue team.
The blue team must switch the ball before they can attack.
The blue team attempt to score inside the penalty area. If they score or the ball goes off the pitch instantly Red 2 at the opposite end passes into blue 2, repeating the exercise with the non active players returning to their stating point on the half way line or at the goal.
