Instructions: Attacking team tries to score,
- defending team tries to score in pugg goals
- Servers are numbered 1, 2, 3 coach calls a number after each ball goes dead start from there, they try to find attackers

- Half a yard to shoot

Coaching Points:
Create space for yourself and your teammates
1) Get faced to goal quickly for quick release
2) Play in teammates for combinations to unlock defensive pressure
3) Double pass, Overlap, underlap, Lay offs, Blind side/third man runs
Progressions:
add defenders - 2 cb, 1 dmf for realism then add wing backs.

Organization:
- Players work in pairs
- 3 stations set up around 20 yards from goal
Instructions:
- 1st one - players play a 1-2, number 1 plays 2 through on goal
- 2nd one - 1 plays to 2, 2 lays ball off for 1 to shoot first time
- 3rd one - 1 plays to 2, 2 flicks the ball up for 1 to shoot on volley or off a bounce
- Players all work on 1st one, after each shot move to next cone set up so working from different angles
- First player takes all 3 shots, then net time round second player takes all 3 shots
- After a set amount of time move on to the 2nd one laying the ball off then eventually the third one
Coaching Points:
- Quality / weight of pass
- Know your teammate - foot do they want the ball on
- Observe keepers position
- Drive or placement?
- Body position
- Ankle locked
- Hips facing target
