Set Up:
players are split into 2 teams with pinnies.
2 cones are placed at the top of the playing field
pile of soccer balls at the top of field opposite the goal, between the two cones.
Instructions:
coach calls out a number between 1-5 and plays a soccer ball out into the middle of the field.
the corresponding number of players from each team race out to win the ball and play it to the teams target player standing on the cone at the top of the field.
after receiving the ball, the target player then joins the attack so that the attacking team is up a player, and they drive to goal in an attempt to score.
the team that didn't win possession of the ball plays defense.
