The objective is to try and split the two defenders and get the ball from Player 1 to Player 4. If you get the ball to Player 4, then player 4 turns and passes the ball to Player D. If Player A or B or C gets the ball, then the roles reverse and the exercise continues.

The objective is to build up from the back in zone 4. We want to exploit the 2 strikers and penetrate them through the middle to the 6. The rotation of the 8 & 10 is important in drawing the defense in order to make a long pass to the wingers.
Patterns:
1. Using the 6 to exploit the 2 defenders
2. If the 2 defenders close the middle, then use the 5 or the 4 who in turn want to seek the 6 or the 8 and then to the winger
3. Goal kick to the 2 or 3 who then seek the 6 or 8 with a quick 2 or 3 touch play to the Winger. If the winger is not open:
- then the 6 plays the ball to the 10 and then to the winger
- Plays the ball back to the 4 or 5 who then switches the ball wide to the winger
Defense:
If the blue team intercepts the ball, they go quickly to the goal
