When Red team loses possession, they send #1 to Blue rondo. #1 Blue returns. Add defender as needed. Red team can do technical work.

Make Positional. Use 2 boxes per group. Assign CB (sweeper/keeper) and Striker to take deep and high positions as targets. Need central and wide players as well. Two red defenders go in as blue tries to work ball from CB through midfield to Striker. Success, then roles change, trying to work ball back through the lines. When possession is lost, new ball into other side, two blue defenders enter Red grids.
CP: more realistic/game-like, putting combinations together. movement off of ball. Trying to get players to have success with mistakes Playing on the edge. No chaos but no complete success. No learning in that environment. Just barely past their comfort zone. Don't hesitate, get it and give it.
