Skill Training - The Killer Pass
Core Skill: Striking The Ball
Time 15- 20 min
Field size , 20m wide, 35m Long
Zone A and C 15m Long, Zone B 5m wide
Players: 12 players, 3 x teams of 4, if 14 players use extra players as an extra player who only stands on end lines of each zone and used as an extra player.
Rules:
- Play starts by coach playing a ball into zone A or C
- A player from Zone B is sent in to try and win the ball off team in possesion
- Team in posession is looking to keep possesion and play a Killer pass through remaining defenders in Zone B.
- If Killer Pass is effected, The game plays on and the team in the other end zone try to make a killer pass back through central zone.
If Defenders win or intercept the ball, they now move to end zone and team that loses the ball are now defending.
Points: A point can be scored for an effective Killer Pass, 2 points for the defenders intercepting the pass
