Two games at once.
Both games have a reciever from each team that swaps after every throw on outside, once they recieve the pass they then feed the ball in for a header.
First game focusing on attacking headers.
For this Mini goals are used so that the attacking team is forced the head the ball down to score a point.
Points awarded for defensive headers away from defending team also.
Second game focus is on defending header.
Push goals behind the pitch and add an obstacle for the players to head the ball over into the goals.
This will encourage high looping headers like a defensive header would be.
Swap games over after 10 miniutes on one.
