Play Small sided equal numbers (2v2 or 3v3)
Focus on key coaching points of tackling and pressure.
Coach in natural stoppages or individual coaching for the most part.
1/2 freeze moments per group only to allow for multiple reps.
Can make it a small tournament to be more competetive and get more chances to tackle.

Pressure
Players are all moving around, dynamic stretching, listening for command.
First command - Pressure.
As coach shouts pressure, players have to pressure 1 of the balls around them so they are faced off against one of the opposite players. 2 players per ball only.
Players should work off the 4 S's of pressure - Shut down, slow down, sit down and stay down. This will get them into a good position for the next stages.
Repeat as needed, give players a point for every time they are first to a ball. Give a fun physical activity for players who dont reah a set number of points.
