Players are welcome to continue to challenge themselves by moving further and further back each time. Players should run to the right pass with the right foot run around the orange cone and then pass on the left side with left foot.

10 shots. 5 shots with right foot from the blue to yellow cone and 5 shots with the left from the blue to the red cone. You do not need 10 balls you just need to take 10 shots. The goal has two flags/cones/objects in the middle. If the player hits it down the middle they get 1 point if they get it inbetween the object and post it is 3 points. How many points can you get with 10 shots?
CP - Players should use the laces of the foot. Standing foot should be next to the ball and foot and hips are in line with the target. Players should follow though their shot so their foot is in line with the target.
