Organization: Same set up as before, players stay in there grid in 3's. Players make a triangle in the grid. With one player working the other 2 resting.
Instructions: Player working is at the top of the triangle, Players receiving the ball take one touch to control opening up to pass to other player. Players switch roles on Coaches command.
Coaching Points:
-Receive ball on back foot
-Take touch out of feet making it easier and quicker to move the ball
-Passes should be sharp played in with pace.
-Stay on toes allowing players to get in line with the ball.
-Choose which surface
-Head up after first touch
-Eye Contact with passing player
-Communication

Organization:

5 boxes of 3x3
Players outside the squares need a soccer ball.
Instructions:
Players try to be on a safe zone ( small square ) until a team mate gets there. as soon as a team mate gets to the square by passing the ball he must run out, dribbling the ball and go find a new safe zone.
Add a defender. If player gets his soccer ball taken while going to another square they switch places and player becomes the new defender.
Coaching Points:
Pass must go towards the square for teamate
First touch outside the square

Away from defender

Instructions:
team passes the ball across with pace
second team, one player must settle hte ball within the box and play back
if pass gets in the box on the ground- 1pt
settling the ball and playing it back in the box- 2 pt
Coaching Points:
look to settle the ball out of your feet, in position to play it back
always be prepared to receive the ball
