Set-up - 4 Cones & 1 ball Per Pair of Players -Playing Area 4m x 4m
3 Cones each one meter apart and server (red player) / 4th cone 2 meters away in line with center cone.
Blue Player starts as shown, plays a one touch bounce pass with left foot to the opposite side of the servers cone. Server plays a bounce pass and then a further pass. The Blue Player then takes a touch round the far left hand cone and plays back to the server. (Refer to bottom left sequence) Server then plays a bounce pass, Blue Player uses right foot to return to the opposite side of the cone. A bounce pass is then played, followed by a further pass to the right foot of the Blue Player who then takes a first touch outside of the far right cone and returns to server.
Repeat sequence for 1 minute. 15 second rest period. Change Server & player and repeat. Complete 3 cycles.
