Play for one to two minutes then rotate
Servers have unlimited touches as needed

Progression:
Receive with the inside of the foot, play back with inside of same foot(right foot only then left foot only) - Two touch
Receive with the inside of one foot across body , play back with the inside of the other
One touch back with inside of the foot
One ball between three
Check receive turn and play the other side.
Check at angle, open hips receive with back foot and play the other side
