Set Up:
Set up in a 20x30 area.
All soccer balls should be off to the side of the grid.
Players should be partnered up with one pinnie between two of them.
Directions:
Players will hold on to one end of each pinnie (as pairs) and will run around the area avoiding being struck my a soccer ball in the foot/shinguard.
Players must exit the game when:
-They or their partner gets struck with the ball
-They or their partners lets go of the pinnie
-They or their partner runs out of bounds
The last team standing is the champion.
(Players are not allowed to loop the pinnies around their wrists or hands. Pinnies must be held like a dish rag)
Progress to each team only having one soccer ball, and not each player having one soccer ball.
Coaching Points:
Entrance:
-Non Kicking foot goes next to the ball
-Toes of the foot pointed towards the target
Execution:
-Inside of the foot to pass
-Toe up to lock ankle
Exit:
-Don't stop follow trough
-Inside of the foot points to target at the end of the follow through
-Balance and do not cross legs
