Organization:

Instructions:
1. 3 teams of 4 players
2. Each player has a number
3. On the coaches command the player whose number is called moves to the next grid (clockwise) and becomes the defender
4. Defender looks to force ball out of the area
5. They score a bonus point if they can put the ball into the goal outside the area
6. Team that maintains possession of the ball the longest wins 1 point
7. Reset when all balls are dead
8. Play first team to 10 wins
Coaching Points:
1. Team shape (make field big)
2. Two options for the player in possession
3. Angles of support
4. Timing of movement (when to move and when to stay)
5. Quality of pass (timing, accuracy, weight, disguise, texture)

Organization:
1) 40x30
2) 2 Groups at same time
Instructions:
1) Player starts both ends must play centrally.
2) Middle player opens up and plays wide, then moves under neath for support.
3) Wide player checks to the ball then goes longer in order to play behind.
4) Wide player then plays to opposie stating player
Coaching Points:
1) Movement t receive.
2) Decisions when turning.
3) Weight of pass.
4) Movemnt of wide player.
5) Speed of play overall
Progressions/Regressions:
1) Give and go once played wide.
2) Finish at the end

Organization:
1) Towards goal. 2 Groups at same time
Instructions:
1) Starts on right. Wing back (3) drives up the line and turns to play back on his outside.
2) He plays to CB (5) who then opens up on far foot, and plays centrally to 6
3) 6 opens out towards opposite CB (4) and plays him on far side. (Similar to technical 1)
4) 4 is now looking to hit opposide Wing back (2) ahead in order for us to be in a crossing position.
5) Can we get a 1st time cross into the area, where our 10 and 9 look to attack front post and back post.
6) Follow your pass.
7) Switch sides once comfortable.
Coaching Points:
1) How quickly can we get from starting position into a crossing positon on the other side.
2) Can our momement match what we done previously?
3) If unpressured, can we play 1st time?
Progressions:
1) Adding a 2v1/2v2 in the box.
2) Can the 6 support on edge of the area?
3) Can opposite full back make a run far post?

Shape to create width and length. Looking at 6v6
Instructions:
None too specific. Let the group play.
Coaching Points:
Must be 6v6 in order to get moments to switch the play. Both teams will play with 2-3-1 pending numbers.

Warm Up (10 mins)
Co-ordinated warm up. 2 Groups in channeled area. Will perform the following:
1) Jog x2
2) Hamstrings x2
3) Lunges x2
4) Quads x2
Will add in ball to perform ball mastery.
1) Insides
2) Outside
3) Inside/Outside
4) Roll/Touch
Will then add in fast feet elements to increase tempo.
