2 Small Sided Games
- Areas split into 32x18
- 3v3/4v4 matches
- Teams will play a continuous round-robin style match set up, which are timed at 5 minutes per match.
- Aim for each team is score in the small goals
- If the ball goes out of play, play will be restarted from the goal of which team is in possession
- Games should consist of a high tempo and both defending and attacking principles are encouraged by the coach, as well as communication betwene the players
- 1 minute rest in between games before moving pitch

Attack vs Defence
Part 1: 1v1 - End Zone game
- 4 zones split into 9x16m zones (Including 1m end zone at each end)
- Attacking player will start with the ball and the aim of the attacking player is to bypass the the defending player and enter into the end zone with the ball.
- The defensive player will aim to hold up the attacking player prevent the the attacking player from bypassing into the defensive zone through disrupting, tackling or forcing the player out of the area.
- The defensive player is encouraged to be side on and dictate the direction of the attacking player prior to commitng to an intervention
Part 2: 2v2 End Zone Game
Progression from previous drill - aim to utilise defensive techniques and prevent the attacking team from progressing with the ball into the end zones
Progressions to add:
- 10/15 second time-limit to encourage more direct action from both attacking and defending players.
- Reinforce coaching points of both attacking and defensive principles
- If the defending team wins possession, they can attempt to reach the opposing end zone
