Organization:
1. 20x10 area set up as shown
2. Separate players into 2 teams, one attacking/one defending
3. Set up two gates attacking gates, marked with different color cones
4. Set up two defending gates, marked with different color cones
5. Multiple balls
6. Attacking team starts with the ball
Instructions:
1. Attacking team is trying to score a point by dribbling the ball through one of the 2 gates.
2. Defending team is trying to score a point by not allowing the attacking team to dribble through a gate or 2 points by intercepting a pass dribbling through one of their gates.
3. Twenty seconds is the allotted time for each round.
4. Attacking team gets 5 attempts at scoring then switches roles with the Defending team.
5. Team at the end with the most points wins.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed of play by 1st attacker, engage defender
2. 2nd attacker to offer support for combination either in front, to the side or behind
3. Angle and distance of 2nd attacker
4. Decision making of each player
5. 1st attacker uses 2nd attacker to combine or as a decoy
Progressions/Regressions:
1. P - Limit amount of time and/or field space
2. R - Increase amount of time and/or field space

1. Attacking team is trying to score a point by dribbling the ball through one of the 2 gates or 2 point by crossing the half way line and score in the goal.
2. Defending team is trying to score a point by not allowing the attacking team to dribble through a gate or 2 points by intercepting a pass dribbling across the half way line and passing the ball through one their gates.
3. Twenty seconds is the allotted time for each round.
4. Attacking team gets 5 attempts at scoring then switches roles with the Defending team.
5. Team at the end with the most points wins.
