Four Goal Game (20 mins)

Play 4 v4 or 5v5- Pinnies Cones, four nets, balls

Grid is 25 v 25

Caoch starts game by playing ball in everytime it goes out

Each team has to score in each net to win

They can't score in net they already scored in . If they do they need to score again

2v1 Game (20 mins)

Two teams ,Pinnies, cones, two goals, balls.

Grid is 25 x 25 yds

Two equal teams on each end . players on each side of net

Coach plays ball to either team and first two player on each side come out.

Team with ball stays two players in attack.

Team defending must keep one player in net.

If defending team wins the ball then one attacker must go back and defending team goes 2v1

Work on player with ball draws the single defender and the other attcaker supports.

If the single defender try to take the pass away, can the player with the ball take the space and go score.

3v2 Game (20 mins)

Two teams ,Pinnies, cones, two goals, balls.

Two equal teams on each end .One set of player on one side and two sets of players on other side.

Coach plays ball to either team and first two player on each side come out.

Team with ball stays three players in attack.

Team defending must keep one player in net.Other two players defend.

If defending team wins the ball then one attacker must go back and defending team goes 3v2

Work on support , Player with ball must draw the defender. Other two player's support.

Try to get the ball to the centre player so it creates 2- 2v1 

Can the player with the ball see which defending came to him so pass to that supporting player.
