Instructions
Start: coach passes to CB/FB
Pattern: relay side to side, across back 4
- 1 whistle: pass CM > nearest FB > continue pattern
- 2 whistles: pass to CM > oppostie FB who dribbles through gate (then turns back to begin pattern again)
Progression:
Add 2 W + 1 CM + 3 defenders
Pattern: same as before, but now FB fwd touch = trigger for close W & AM to drop in to pockets
+ FB pass to W & overlaps

3v2 in 12x12 square + K in goal
Instructions
Blues begin with ball & must complete 3 passes
Then they can shoot from outside the square (2 touch MAX)
Goal = 1pt.
Reds must win back possession
Then they can chip into keeper's hands = 1pt.
Blue scores = start from beginning
Red scores = change roles with blue, then start from beginning
