Goalkeepers moving around the box as there is a spare gate with one working in the middle is able to collect the ball in any way, diving etc.
Drills Aims:
- Social aspect, gets the players laughing, communicating
- Plenty of small touches away from the player with little time to react
- Decision making from the goalkeeper in the middle, can relate to distributing as the brain is still making micro-decisions

Goalkeepers work in their specific box looking at the small details with their all-around distribution (receiving, aiming, distributing), boxes placed in the ideal receiving zones as well as match realistic passes into the midfield.

1. The Goalkeeper will pass with one foot to the Goalkeeper in front of them, the ball will be controlled looking at the first touch being taken on a positive angle the then be returned (use both feet when nessacary)
2. The Goalkeeper will pass with one foot to the Goalkeeper in front of them, this goalkeeper will receive with one foot and take the ball to their left/right through the flats. Switch sides after the given time to ensure both sides have been worked as well as their being a significant amount of touches on both feet.

Goalkeepers work in their specific box looking at the small details with their all-around distribution (receiving, aiming, distributing), boxes placed in the ideal receiving zones as well as match realistic passes into the midfield. Now once the pass has been distributed the player will chase the ball pressing the goalkeeper to distribute the pass under pressure. The player will then wait in the new box till the ball comes back around, this process will be repeated.

- Communication between players- Both feet are involved due to both sides of the boxed being used
