Method: Passing combination with finishing

Coaching Points:

  • Set up 2 grids, 20 x 25 with 2 goals.
  • A pass to B, B pass back to A, A plays long pass to C, C plays short pass to B and runs forward to shoot after B passes to D.
  • D then follows in on C's shot if the GK saves the shot.
  • Each player rotate positions after each play.
  • Have both grids playing, looking for good weight of pass, timing of the run and finishing technique.
