Rhondo Possession Game - 15 minutes
3 Teams of 5 players. Team in the middle defends with 2 players who can enter into the zone with team in possession once team has taken a touch. Players have 2-3 touch max and attempt to connect 2-3 passes before bouncing to player who can switch over only through either wide channels marked in yellow. If defending team wins ball they must attempt to pass it other zone through middle or wide area. If they win ball but kick it out they still defend.
Coaching Points - Good communication, good passes, good touches, calm on the ball. Defenders close ball fast without diving in and 2nd defenders closes the pass.

Passing Pattern - 15 Minutes
Player A passes to player B. Player A times his movement once player B passes to Player C, Player A then receives from player C and passes through to Player B who times run as well.
Player A Moves to B position, Player C moves to A Position and Player B moves to D position.
Player D then Starts with new ball the same sequence but opposite.

1v1 and 2v1 - 15 minutes
Players in blue pass diagonal to red and advance forward to defend 1v1. Defenders must not dive in and attempt to tackle by good body position and attempt to show attacker to one side and get between the man and the ball. Attackers are encouraged to go at pace and make quick decision to take on defender.
Blue defends for 3-4 minutes before teams swap roles.
Once both teams have defended 1v1 we now go to 2v1.
Same thing defender passes to opposite side and now 2 attackers attempt to score against 1 defender. Attackers can only pass to each other one time when taking on defender. Defender is encouraged to close the passing option to 2nd attacker to delay and force the attacker with the ball in one direction to win the ball.
Each team does this for 3-4 minutes.

Training Game - 30 minutes
3 teams - 2 on field 5v5 with other team players either side of each goals.
3 minute games with scoring team staying on and other team then swaps to either side of goals. Game continues to create quick transition. After 3 minutes if no goal scored team which was in for longer is out. Also to make teams even once losing team transitions out one player must swap to make 5v5 again, different player every time.
To score teams must pass to player on either side of goal and with 2 touch max player must pass to team to finish with one touch.
Aim is create goals using patterns of play which is consistent with the trend of the whole session. An example of pattern is shown in diagram.
