Set up a 20x20 box (depending on Age and ability
Have 4 blue attacker to keep the ball away from 2 red defenders. Have each defender in the middle for 45 seconds. Have a lots of spare balls on hand. If ball goes out get the new ball in fast. If red steels the ball they can either dribble our of the square or keep it off blue.
1) Play regular keep away
2) 1 point for every time the attackers spit the defenders. If they get 5 defenders stay in another 45 seconds.
3) Counter point have the defenders press the blues high by both players going to the ball. Forcing blue to play quicker

The W exercise
Set up 6 Cones In the shape of a "W" Make sure you have more than 2 players on the middle cones.
Play a simple up back and through pattern. Player 1 plays to 2, who drops It back to 3 who then plays 4, then into 5 back to 6 and into 7. After 2 minutes add a change of direction.

+ Add another give and go with the top player
+ Encourage the player to press the player they are are passing to

Set up small field with two goals at either end.
Play two teams with keeper Red vs Blue with Yellow as the neutrals on the side.
1) pay with the side player unopposed
2) Add pressure one defender can enter the side player channel and aim to take the ball
3) Side players can move into the next zone up to create a 2v1 against the defender.
