Practicing the formation we will going to play:
1-2-3-1
Players will get a position and they have to go to the right spot.
Also practicing the formation when the goalie has the ball, with the build-up line. Right defender goes to the side of the box, left defender stays in the center.

Instructions:
Bal starts at the goalie. He has to throw it to the player next to the box. At that moment opponent's striker gives full pressure and the left defender has to try to find a way to play out of the pressure.
1) Play it to the center mid
2) Play it back to the goalie, defenders shift over to the other side and goalie will open up.
3) Play it long to the striker

Organization:
Play 5 vs 4. The defender will start every time with the ball. The other players will start in the right position.
Instructions:
Play the game with offside.
Defender try to play the ball to the striker. Striker passes the ball to the mid-mid who is giving it in the corner to the right mid. Right-mid is going to cross the ball.
Defender can also choose to play the ball to the center-mid who can play it in front of the left or right mid.

Make a square 75 X 75 where all players can dribble in.
Instructions:
Each player is dribbling with the ball. The players will do for 2 minutes different excersises.
