Practice Organisation:
*Gates set up in a diamond fashion.
*Players inbetween each gate.
1. Practice starts with: Player A passes it clockwise the next player receives the ball on their back foot and passes in on.
2. When ball gets to Player D he plays the ball inside - to get out the player in the middle must perform a trick before passing.
3. Practice is continious.
Always go in opposite direction.
Variations:
*Control Inside then shift with outside
*Control with outside of foot then perform a step over.
*Control with outside and then chop with inside.
*Add a second player in the middle so they have to combine.

Set Up
*Have two traingles, an inner (yellow manequin) and an outer (flat red discs).
*Each player has there own ball and starts with the ball on the red disc.
*On the whistle or go command each player rolls the ball with the sole of the foot forward and performs the nominated skill. All players will go in the same direction and will perform the skill going both left and right.

Practice Organisation:
*15 x 10 Yard area. Half way line marked, and goals at each end.
*Practice starts with coach feeding ball into Attacker. Each team attempts to score in opponent's goal in 1 v 1 situation. Player in possession is able to use support from team-mates on outside to retain possession and create new angles of attack.
*Continue playing from GKs save.
Progessions:
*If player with ball is pressured by D he can pass to outside team mate who can dribble inside and attack goal.
*Player on outside can work inside if given ball to create 2 v 1
*If 2 v 1 is created, another D may enter to make 2 v 2
*When 2 v 2 is created, 3rd A enters to join in and make 3 v 2
*If Ds gain possession in 2 v 3, 3rd D may enter to make 3 v 3

*6v6 free play.
*Players organised 3v3 in each half of the pitch.
IP: Players can move wherever they like.
OP: Players must stay in their half of the pitch keeping 3 in each.

Conditions:
- 2 Defenders in the middle of the circle
- The player who gives away possession, plus the player who passed him the ball becomes the defenders.
- Game is to be played at a high tempo
