Once the black team has completed the dribble and passed the ball they will then have to run round the cone that is beside the red team but you have to run round the red team to get to it. The runner for the red team, once he has given his team mate a high five he will then have to run round the last person in his team to then become in play. Now the game becomes a 2v2.
Coaching Points
Attacking Team - Accurate pass through the gate. Good technique of dribbling and skill to beat the defender. Looking for a Pass when the 2nd player is in play. Showing options
Defending Team - Good body position. Dont compite to the challange. Let the attacker make the mistakes. Dont run straight to the defender make a curved run. Stand side on to the attacker. Talk between each other to see who is marking who.
Adaptations
If the attackers are getting the ball before the defenders are in play move the defenders closer or the attackers further back. If the attackers are just getting the ball and shooting straight away. Make a condition that there has to be atleast 1 pass in the build up.

Organizational / Instructions
The layout will be showen as planned. There will be 2 teams each player in each team will have a number. they numbers will match up with someone from the other team. The person who is the same number as you will become your partner in the game. You have to stay with that person through out the duration of the condition game. Because that is the only pers that you can tackle and that can tackle you. You can intercept the ball from passes or bad touches but can not tackyou mle any other person.
(CONDITIONS)
Man marking everyone must be partnered with someone .
You can only tackle your partner.
With in the build up atleast 1 person has to beat there partner.
Adaptations
If there is an odd number have a floater. If someone isnt getting a touch of the balthen within the build up they must get a pass. If we dont have people who want to go in goals then the coach wil shout out a number and if your that number then you will become the goalie.
