Objective : side moves w/half pressure
Organization : Player A passes a ball to player B who executes a varation of side moves ( fakes/feints ) to finish on the 2 goals while player C passively defends.
Coaching Points : Shoulders open , visual checking , receiving with back, side foot, control of ball ,quick finish to goal.

Objective: Passing and Receiving; Combination and Give and Go's
Technical passing practice with the tactical concept of using width and depth and tactical actions such as Give and Go.
Organization:
- In a 20x20 yard area, we work in groups of 6-8 players. The four players inside start in the positions shown and we have 2 extra players outside. Each player follows their pass after their action is complet.
- Player A starts the excercise by passing out wide to Player B who moves off the cone and passes inside to Player C. Player C passes to Player D who moves off the cone and returns the ball straight back (one-two). Player C moves across and plays the ball into Player D's path who runs for the ball played into space and plays into GK hands or feet and progress to a shot on target.
Coaching Points:
-Create space before moving to meet the ball.
-The correct open body shape should be monitored.
-Change direction of the sequence to that the players pass and receive with both feet.
Interval Duration: 2 intervals x 5 minutes.

Organization:
- 10x10 yard square (x2)
- 1 ball
- 6 players
Instructions:
- 4 attackers on the outside, 2 defenders inside
- If a defender wins possession, change with player who lost possession for attackers.
Coaching Points & Questions:
-Movement off the ball, creating passing options
- recognize chances to penetrate/split the defenders
- create options to penetrate by using combo plays and support of the attackers on either side
- 1st touch = keep ball moving, and in direction you want to play it (think ahead)
Progressions:
- Reduce the space/area
- Limit the number of touches
- Add another defender
- Challenge the attackers to make a certain number of passes

Objective: Teams look to play by connecting threw the zones of the field, Players are restricted to zones and can not move into other zones. Look to pass by moving in supporting angles , and look to break lines
Organization :
Two teams of 6 compete to try and score goals and maintain possesion, The blue team defendingthe big goal looks to find thier targets uptop to score, The Red team looks to win possesion and score on keepers. Players are restrticted to thier respeictive zones
Coaching Points
Ball circulation, Supporting angles of support, Look for penetrating pass if avaiblable if note look to build play and establish rhtym of play

Ball Manipulation (10 mins)
Objective: Improve ball manipulation/control
Organization: 20x20 outer grid and 5x5 inner grid. Four groups of players. Players dribble toward inner grid and execute various moves (Pull to V, Maradona Turn, etc) and pass to next player at outer grid to their right. Alternate clockwise/counter-clockwise direction every 90 seconds.
Coaching Points: Close ball control, head up, quickly accelerate after feint, hard accurate inside of foot pass, and sprint to next position.
Interval Duration: 8 to 10 minutes.
