Moving the ball to go forward - fast forward first - overload attackers 4v3 5v3
First to ten points then reset teams and overload - (theme is how we recognise go forward opportunities and when to reset and change the attack) - discuss with players

adaptations
1 - goal scored within 8 seconds resets opposition score (from a dead ball - sideline or free hit)
2 - turnover in 23 and goal is triple points
