Instructions:
Start simultaneosly on both diamonds, with the player playing out to the right. follow your pass. Fifth player takes place of the first player after he plays out and follow his pass.
Coaching Points:
Anckle locked.
Toe down.
Non kicking foot slightly behind the ball.
Hit it with laces.

Instructions:

Make sure the ball lands inside the square across, teammate ready to receive.

Anckle locked, toe down, hit it with laces, land on kicking foot.

Decription
Half of the players start in the middle with a ball. The other half are spread out around the outside of the field. Blue must find a Player on the outside and pass to them, taking their place. The new Player (Red) must dribble into the box and find another outside player to pass to. Continue.
Progressions
Give and Go - Inside players keep the ball, work for 1 minute. Switch roles.
Give and Go w/ Turn - When receiving the pass back, turn and explode to a new person
Give and Hold - The outside player traps the ball while the inside player runs around them. Lay off.
