Focus-Small Sided Game: 3v1 or 3v2 Attacking
Organization:
2 Teams at each sided. Gk. 1 regular net 2 pop nets.
Instructions: Coach Passes the ball on the Ground
1. Coach passes the ball to one of the Attackers Players at the same time one defender will play.
2. The attackers should string together quick accurate passes to off balance the defender and keeper and attempt to score in one of the 2 smalls nets.
3.If defender gains possession of the ball will attempt to score in the opposite net.
4.Repeat sequence for 2 or 3 balls and rotate players.
