Set Up
- Small courts, with End zones marked by hoops
- Students to play matches of 2' then swapping and playing agaisnt someone else
- 1 Point everytime the ball bounces more than once in the opposite player half, bonus points if bounces in the End Zones.

- Why do we want to play our shouts into corners of the court

Forehand Technique
Objectives
- Learn how to use Forehand Technique in a Tennis Game
Material Needed
- Rackets
-Tennis Balls
- Cones
Set Up
- Students in pairs, 1 racket and 2 balls p/pair
- 1 student is the feeder the other has the racket,
- Feeder stands next to player with the racket, drops the ball next to the player with the racket who thens performs a forehand shot.
- After 5 goes swap roles.
Progressions
- Feeder to now do a underarm throw, from 3m away
- End zone behind the feeder, where player with the racket will try to aim.
- 2 boxes behind the End Zone to improve aiming. (picture above)
Coaching Points
- Sideways to the ball
- Racket strings facing forward
- Eyes on the ball
- Racket swings from low to high
- Why would we want to aim at the End Zone
